My favorite month has come to an end. While many are officially breaking out the peppermint mocha and decorating Christmas trees, it’s still Halloween in my soul.

I’ve gathered quite a few favorites over the past few weeks so grab a pumpkin spice latte, cause we’re about to get started.

Hair Care:

Maple Holistic “Tea Tree Oil Shampoo”: I recently collaborated with Maple Holistic and they sent me their Tea Tree Oil shampoo to try out and I’ve been using it frequently ever since.  The brand has all-natural products and they’re cruelty free so know I was all over that. The shampoo contains natural tea tree oil to help improve the health of your hair and scalp, promote growth and help with itchiness and dandruff. Now, I don’t really suffer from dandruff but because we wear hats at work, my scalp sometimes itches like crazy. I use this shampoo whenever I do my mid-week wash to help relieve the itchiness and it's been a lifesaver.  At first, I was hesitant because many products tend to dry my hair out so I was concerned about the tea tree oil but thankfully it worked out! They also have other special formulas to target specific hair needs so definitely check them out. If you’re curious about which product is right for you, they also have a free product program where they’ll send you a free full-size product for you to try.

Bella Curls “Coconut Whipped Crème Leave-in Conditioner”: I had been searching for a good leave-in conditioner and I randomly picked this up while I was at Target and I’m obsessed. First off, it smells amazing so that’s always a plus. Second, it helps keep my hair hydrated and smooth. After I’m done washing my hair, I apply a generous amount while my hair is still slightly damp and then I tie it up. My hair is so soft the next day and it’ll still smell like heaven so if you enjoy the smell of coconut, you’ll love this. It’s helped keep my hair moisturized and has definitely improve the overall texture so I highly recommend it.

Skincare:

The Ordinary “Niacinamide”: So, I was hesitant to try this brand for long because of how potent their ingredients are and how sensitive my skin is. Naturally, I’m kicking myself now for depriving myself for so long because now I can’t live without this serum. I was on the hunt for a serum that would help improve my skin texture and complexion and this has dramatically improved my skin.  The Niacinamide is essentially Vitamin B3 and helps improve skin blemishes and congestion. It also contains 10% zinc, which helps control sebum so if you have oily or combination skin (like I do) then you’ll love this. I use this twice a day, after I apply toner and before I apply moisturizer. My skin has been glowing ever since.

VTMN Organics “Facial Glaze”: Speaking of “glowing”, my skin has been loving this moisturizer! I’ve been dying to try VTMN Organics for a while now because I’ve heard so many good things about their products. I ran out of my other moisturizer so I ordered the Facial Glaze and I’m so shook. I have combination skin so I was a bit worried about using an oil based moisturizer because I didn’t want to make my skin any oiler but y’all, this stuff is amazing. It’s formulated for oily, combo, and sensitive skin types so basically it was made for me. It doesn’t clog pores, helps soothe redness and irritation, it’s gentle and its vegan and cruelty free. I feel like a glowing goddess when I wear this. It’s currently out of stock so make sure to stalk their social media to find out when it will be restocked because everything is handmade.

Beauty:

Violet Voss x Nicol Concilio EyeshadowPalette: I’m obsessed with warm eye looks, this is nothing new. I first saw this palette when Jackie Aina used it in a tutorial and I pretty much had to have it. I’ve used this palette almost every day since I got it, I can’t put it down. I take it everywhere with me. The shadows are infused with jojoba oil so the blend like a dream and the pigmentation… Let us just take a moment to appreciate how blessed we truly are for the pigmentation in the palette.

Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in “NahzFur Atoo”: I finally found the perfect blood red liquid lipstick. I’ve used this all month and I can’t get enough. I love the formula of the KVD Everlasting Lipsticks so I’m not surprised that this ended up being a favorite of mine. My signature shade is “Hawkwind” and now I have this baby to obsess over.

Clothing:

Wicked Clothes “Pryokinesis for Beginners”Tee: I’ve been lusting after this tee for a while now because it’s constantly on my Instagram feed. I caved a finally bought it and It’s so nice. It’s soft and it fits perfectly. Plus, as someone who loves the film Firestarter, I just couldn’t pass this up.

Vera Eye Candy “Chucky and Tiffany” Top: For those that know me, they know I love Bride of Chucky so naturally, I had to have this shirt. Vera Eye Candy is one of my favorite brands, they have so many items for those that love horror and music, like myself. I was Chucky for Halloween so obviously, I had to throw this top on to complete my look.

Boots (Target): I spotted these boots at Target and almost passed them up but then my mother looked me in the eye and said “treat yo self.” So, I did and I’ve been wearing them ever since. They’re the most comfortable pair of boots I have. The heel is chunky so they’re easy to walk in and they complement so many looks. I wore this all weekend at Homecoming and if I can survive dancing to “Gasolina” walking all over campus in these, that’s a win in my book.

Entertainment:

All Time Low “Good Times”: I already loved this song, but then All Time Low released the music video and I feel deeper in love. The music video touches on a lot of the issues that we face in society that some don’t want to talk about. It’s so important and I think everyone needs to see it.

Waterparks “Dizzy”: Since their debut album Double Dare just turned one, it felt appropriate to include this in my favorites. I’ve been listening to this song on repeat since I saw them during All Time Low’s Young Renegade tour. I felt this song in my soul, I can’t wait to hear it live when I see them again in December.

Grayscale “Love Yourself” (Justin Bieber cover): I’ve been bopping to Punk Goes Pop 7 since it’s release and this song has been at the top of my list of favorite tracks. If you’ve been sleeping on Grayscale, wake yourself up and check them out. Their album Adornment is absolute fire and deserves to be appreciated.

Stranger Things: So…I’ve watched the new season of Stranger Things twice since its release so clearly – it was a favorite in October. The gang is back and facing new evils from The Upside Down including a shadow monster and “demodogs”? We were also introduced to a few new characters including Max and Billy Hargrove (Billy is a human garbage disposal. Max, you’re doing amazing sweetie), and Bob Newby – the superhero we truly deserved. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll fall in love with Hawkin’s #1 babysitter, Steve Harrington. Watch it.

Another month down, another list of things I’ve loved. It’s been a while since my last favorites post so I’ve accumulated a few things that have been slowly taking over my life – whether it’s been beauty related or a song I’ve been playing on repeat. So with that being said, let’s get started.

Beauty:

My Pretty Zombie Cosmetics shadows:  I’m absolutely obsessed with red eye shadows and red-based brown shadows so these two have been creeping their way into my everyday looks ever since they arrived at my doorstep. These are mineral shadows that come in a small pot. They’re incredibly pigmented and blend nicely. "Epistaxis" is a true, blue based red, similar to a nose bleed (hence the name). I’m a fan of anything that makes me look like I’m still stuck in the 2004 Revenge Era. “Everything Looks Better on a Meat Hook” is a darkened reddish brown with tiny flecks of blue-green shimmer. It looks stunning on the lid. This company is also cruelty free and a lot of their shadows are vegan. I’m a huge fan of the outlandish and creepy names of their products. It’s so fitting.

Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette: This has become my go-to palette for every day looks. It’s so beautiful and the smell is incredible. If you’re not a fan of the peach scent, it does go away after a while so once the shadows are applied, you have nothing to worry about. Too Faced shadows are really pigmented and blendable, even the shimmery shades. While I love reds, I have very little pinks in my collection so this palette was perfect to switch things up, but I can still achieve my favorite “wearable dead” look that I love so much.

Wet N Wild Catsuit Liquid Lipsticks: Everybody has been raving about these and they've been clearing out shelves left and right. I finally managed to pick up two shades and I can finally see what the hype is about. These are great quality drugstore liquid lipsticks, they dry down without being too drying on the lips. They're pretty long-lasting, with minimal touch ups needed throughout the day. I picked up "Goth Topic", a darkened brown, and "Video Vixen", a deep blackened berry shade.

Wet n Wild pigment in “Dom and Cherry on Top”: I lucked up on this product before it was all gone, which was good because 1. Its limited edition and 2. It was the last one on the display. It’s a gorgeous golden bronze shade with shimmer. It looks amazing on the lid, as an inner corner highlight, and even a cheek highlight if you’re a medium to deep tone. You need the tiniest bit of product and then you can tap off the excess in the lid so this will last you a while.

Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipsticks: I snagged Sagittarius during Jeffree Star’s holiday sale and then immediately made a purchase on Beautylish. "Androgyny" is a deep mauve nude shade and it’s perfect for everyday. "Sagittarius" is a deep plum brown (a bit darker than his shade "Deceased" that’s completely sold out), and "No Tea, No Shade" is a metallic pinky purple shade. I’m completely obsessed. I can’t wait to order more.

Kat Von D Liquid Lipstick in “Hawkwind”: I picked up one of Kat’s new nude shades and I’ve worn it almost every day. It’s comfortable to wear and lasts for hours. It was a bit streaky at first but it’s easily fixable because you can layer it without the product clumping up and crumbling off. It's a gorgeous reddish brown shade. It’s perfect for medium-deep skin tones.

Lush Cosmetics “Ayesha” face mask: This mask is amazing for those with sensitive skin like myself. It’s full of clay and soothing properties to help cleanse the skin, brighten and firm without irritating your face. You store it in the fridge which is probably my favorite thing about it because it’s cooling on your skin and it feels amazing.

Entertainment:

Pierce The Veil “Floral and Fading” music video: “Floral and Fading” is one of my favorite tracks from Misadventures so I was thrilled to see they were finally going to release a video for it. It’s set in a 50s bowling alley and it’s ridiculously entertaining. The outfits and the hair are my favorite part of the video.

As It Is “Hey Rachel” music video: I’ve mentioned this song before, but if you still haven’t checked it out, you need to! “Hey Rachel” is off of As It Is’ new record Okay and it’s dedicated to front man Patty Walters’ little sister. Its incredible sweet and tugs at your heartstrings.

From First to Last “Make War”: Y’ALL. I’m so shook about this because 2017 is the year of the emo revival. Sonny Moore aka Skrillex, finally reunited with From First to Last and they’re here to bless us. They released this single and we all kind of died over it. They also reunited at Emo Nite LA recently to perform and I’ve never been so jealous to not be in the LA area. Definitely give this new single a listen.

Waterparks “Double Dare” album: I’m completely kicking myself for waiting so long to get into Waterparks. Curiosity set in and I started listening to their recent album Double Dare and it’s incredible. It’s catchy, upbeat and I listened to it on repeat for weeks. It’s got this electric pop punk-feel, like a modernized Cobra Starship and I’m digging it.

It’s December now, which means it’s time to look back on the things I loved in the month of November. Now, I didn’t do much shopping because it’s Christmas time so it’s time to treat others and not yo self. But – I still have a few things to share with you so let’s dive in.

Beauty:

Erno Laszlo Cleansing Oil and Bar for Sensitive Skin: I recently did a campaign for Erno Laszlo with Influenster and got to try out this amazing duo. I have oily/combination skin so the thought of applying oil on my face was a bit scary but this product is gold. I got the pink sensitive skin duo which was perfect because my skin is crazy sensitive, the littlest thing can irritate it and cause it to breakout or add redness. This didn’t irritate my skin and it takes off everything – even makeup. I pour a bit on a cotton pad and apply it on my face (while dry), cleansing the skin and around my eyes If I was wearing eye makeup. Most wipes irritate my eyes but this does the trick. Then, you wet the massage bar and use it directly on the skin to further wash your face. I follow up with the Timeless Skin Serum and I’m done. The duo comes in different colors designed to fit your specific needs. If you haven’t tried this yet, you need to. If you’re unsure, get the smaller travel size before purchasing the larger sizes.

ColourPop Super Shock shadow in Muse: This eyeshadow has been my go-to ever since I bought it. It’s a metallic, copper rose shade and I’m all about red-ish shadows. It’s creamy and blends out nicely, even when topped on other shades. I use my finger to apply it to get better payoff but it shows up great with a brush as well. I’ll definitely be buying more soon.

ColourPop Super Shock Cheek Highlighter in Candyman: This highlighter is life! It’s a warm golden shade and it is guaranteed to turn you into a golden goddess. I apply it with my fingers to the tops of my cheekbones, and then use my duo-fiber stippling brush to blend it out. This shade is perfect for my medium-tone girls, but even if you’re not close to my tone definitely check it out and see for yourself. ColourPop always features their shades swatched on different tones so you can better determine if it’ll work for you. Even if it doesn’t, it also works great as an eyeshadow or even a blush topper.

Garnier Fructis Color Shield Shampoo & Conditioner: Now that I’m a red-head I had to switch up my hair care routine – starting with my shampoo and conditioner. I love Garnier Fructis so I picked up their Color Shield set and I’m in love. It smells fruity but it’s not overpowering. It leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturized and my color stays vibrant.

Entertainment:

NC Comic Con: I attended Comic Con for the second year in a row and it was 10x better than last year. Gerard Way is one of my favorite human beings and he, alongside the whole DC Young Animal team, attended the Con all three days. Young Animal is a monthly imprint, led by Gerard that features different comics full of some of the more interesting of the DC Universe.  It features Doom Patrol, Cave Carson Has a Cybernetic Eye, Shade the Changing Girl, and Mother Panic. They held panels each day, where they discussed the creation and design process behind the Young Animal imprint. Each comic featured in the imprint had their own specific panel, where we got a chance to sit in with the creators and find out more about they bring the characters and their worlds to life.

My personal favorites are Mother Panic and Shade the Changing Girl. Mother Panic is an original character created by Way and brought to life by writers Jody Houser, Jim Kruger, drawn by Tommy Lee Edwards (with backup art by Phil Hester). The story follows Violet Paige – Gotham’s newest masked vigilante. By-day she’s one of the most well-known socialites in Gotham, by-night she’s kicking ass and doing it in style. She’s snarky, blunt, and an all-around badass. Unlike another well-known Gotham hero, Mother Panic doesn’t sulk in the shadows. She dons an all white suit, practically glowing through the darkened streets of Gotham like a white witch - which is what the creators envisioned for her.

Shade the Changing Girl follows an alien named Loma Shade from the planet Meta who’s incredibly bored with her dead-end life. She’s also incredibly fascinated with a “lunatic poet” by the name of Rac Shade and his infamous madness coat. Well, she jacks the madness coat and heads to earth where she inhabits the body of a coma patient named Megan Boyer. Megan is basically Regina George but instead of getting hit by a bus she drowned in a lake. This comic is such a joy to read. It’s hilarious, cool, and bright. Shade’s wardrobe is insane and I’d gladly take the madness coat for a spin. Shade is written by Cecil Castellucci, drawn by Marley Zarcone and overseen by Way.

In the midst of the chaos that was the merch booth area, I stumbled upon a booth for a local shop called “Little Shop of Horrors”. Obviously – I was shook. The owner was so nice and she had an array of handmade items, everything from soaps to jewelry. Her handmade soaps were all inspired by cult classics like A Nightmare on Elm Street, Psycho, Repo! The Genetic Opera and more. I picked up two necklaces that featured Baby Firefly from The Devil’s Rejects and Michael Myers from Halloween. I’ve worn them almost every day since.

Also I ran into these amazing cosplayers dressed as Bucky Barnes and Natasha Romanoff while at Comic Con and they were incredibly nice and took a photo with me. I was silently fangirling.

Pierce The Veil “Dive In”: My boys in PTV recently released their music video for “Dive In” featuring live footage as well as a behind the scenes look at the boys. The video perfectly depicts their personalities on and off stage. How they put their entire soul into their music, and how laid-back and goofy they are off stage. Check it out.

I can't believe October is actually over, I'm shook. But alas, I'm glad it's finally starting to feel like fall here in NC and I can now wear the other 98% of my wardrobe.  I thrive in long sleeves, boots, dark clothing and even darker makeup. Not that I don’t wear dark things all year round, but in the fall I get to pick up even more items to fuel my obsession.

I’ve accumulated a ton of things that I’ve loved for the month of October. I’ll admit I went a little overboard but October just does something to me. Plus, my self control was greatly affected by the “Treat Yo Self” episode of Parks and Recreation.

I have a lot of things to cover so let’s get started.

Clothing:

Magi Skater Dress-Killstar: I’ve lusted after this dress for a while. I finally picked it up while Killstar had their items for 20% off, it’s like they just knew I needed this. This is probably one of the softest dresses I own. It’s incredibly comfortable and stretchy. It’s not too short, which is nice (but I’m also really short so that could be a factor). I’m in love with the pentagram design on the chest; it’s what drew me to the dress in the first place.

Doll Dress-Killstar: Another purchase I made during the 20% off sale. This dress is made from the same soft and stretchy material as the Magi dress. It’s a bit shorter but that’s fine with me. I had been looking for the perfect Wednesday Addams-esque dress and since I loved the fit of my other Killstar dress, I knew I’d love this and I wasn’t disappointed.

Skeleton Body Con Dress- Boo Hoo: I just recently started shopping from Boo Hoo and I’m mad at myself for not doing this sooner. This shop is a goldmine. They have a ton of designs to choose from, with new styles added daily, and they’re almost always having a sale. I came across this skeleton dress and immediately added it to my cart. It’s incredibly soft and it hugs your curves, but it’s still flattering. It’s comfortable and it’s perfect for the Halloween look I have planned (stay tuned).

Flannel- Wal-Mart: Y’all, I swear I had no intentions of picking up a flannel when I went into Wal-Mart. I went in needing a few groceries and…we all know how that goes. I randomly came across this fitted, green flannel and it was only $13 so I couldn’t pass it up. It’s comfy and I didn’t have any green flannels so...it’s mine now.

Combat boots- Uptown Cheapskate: I love combat boots and my other pair sadly passed away after a The Academy Is show (RIP). I found this pair of combat boots at Uptown Cheapskate for around $7. They’re comfortable and pair well with everything.

Candles and Décor:

Coffin Light- I saw this and I couldn’t say no. It was only a few bucks at Dollar General. It features a haunted house and bats on the front, with a color-changing LED light in the back.

Black and Purple Roses- If you want a bunch of cute Halloween décor definitely try Dollar Tree. I picked these up and paired them with a purple vase and a black glitter branch.

Bath and Body Works Fall Candles: I think we all saw this coming. It took everything in me to not pick up every single candle I saw in the store. I managed to leave with just three: Sweater Weather, Flannel, and Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin. I couldn’t leave without at least one pumpkin scent. This particular one isn’t overly sweet, which is nice because I’m not too keen on scents that are too sweet. It has the perfect amount of sweet pumpkin and spice. Sweater Weather is an old favorite of mine. It has a crisp, clean scent with hints of wood, juniper berry and sage. Flannel has a warm, musky scent and those are my favorite. This is a blend of “crisp autumn air”, bergamot, mahogany and soft musk. I don’t know how they put autumn air into a candle, but I dig it.

Witches Hat- I mean, it’s a witch hat; how could I not buy it?

Entertainment:

The Black Parade 10th anniversary album/ Living With Ghosts: So…of course we’re not surprised. I pre-ordered this bundle the minute I got the email. I didn’t even question it. The Black Parade is such an iconic album. It was a huge influence on the music scene when it was originally released and it continues to inspire the scene today. It helped shape the band, their fans, and it’s still one of the greatest concept albums ever made. Each song told a different story, one more intricate than the last. The characters, the concept art, the music videos, all of it came together to create an album more legendary than the band could even fathom. The album features all of the original tracks from The Black Parade plus live demos, alternate versions, and unreleased tracks. I’m obsessed. When will My Chemical Romance not own my heart?

August has brought many new things into my life that I’ve been obsessed with recently. I’ve accumulated a ton of favorites to share, everything from: skincare, beauty, music, and more. With it being August, it brings talk of fall and fall is my favorite time of year. So like many fall lovers, August is basically an excuse to start preparation for Halloween, dark lip colors, boots, and of course – pumpkin-flavored EVERYTHING. So I couldn’t be happier to be one step closer to cool weather and spooky things. With that being said, let’s get started.

Beauty:

Kat Von D Lock-it Crème Concealer- I was lucky enough to have these products sent to me from Influenster and I’ve been using them ever since they arrived at my doorstep. This concealer lives up to its name because it’s very creamy. The formula isn’t too thick so it doesn’t crease under my eyes. I even used it to prime my eyes and it worked really well. The collection has a wide range of colors, which is great for those that have trouble finding the perfect shade.

Kat Von D Lock-it Setting Powder- Another gift from Influenster. This setting powder has become a staple in my collection. Since receiving it I haven’t been reaching for my Covergirl Loose Translucent powder at all. It’s finely milled and lightweight so it doesn’t look cakey. It also doesn’t have a white cast in photos.

Kat Von D Lock-it Concealer and Powder Brushes- These brushes are incredible. The concealer brush has a unique shape, allowing it to blend concealer under the eyes perfectly – it even helps clean up shadows and my winged liner. The powder brush is probably one of the softest brushes I’ve ever felt. It feels so nice on the skin, which I appreciate because some brushes can be too rough on my face.

Kat Von D Shade + Light Eye Palette- I FINALLY picked this up from Sephora and I’ve probably used it every day since. I’ve been eyeing this pallet since it came out and now it’s finally mine. I’m a huge fan of matte shadows so the fact that this is an all-matte pallet is perfect. The shadows are all highly pigmented and blend like a dream. It’s separated into cools, neutrals, and warms so it’s perfect for creating a variety of different looks.

Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip in Tulle- I’m obsessed with these Ultra Matte liquid lipsticks. I have quite a few and I might even have a cart full on the website right now (but we’re just not going to talk about that). These are amazing lipsticks and at $6 a pop you can’t beat it. They have a wide range of colors and a lot of them are dupes for more expensive liquid lipsticks. Tulle is a warm, dusty mauve shade- similar to Kat Von D’s Lolita.

Colourpop Ultra Satin Lip in Too Lips- For those that feel the Ultra Matte lips are too drying, the Ultra Satin formula is perfect for you. It dries to a semi-matte finish and is more moisturizing than the matte formula. It lasts a long time, just not as long as the matte lips. Too Lips is a cool-toned plum brown shade. Great for fall and winter.

Maybelline Gel Liner- I’ve probably mentioned this product before but I seriously can’t get enough. Every time I go do my winged liner, I grab this and my Elf small angled brush. It’s great for creating those precise, sharp wings with little to no effort. It’s extremely black and matte which I personally love.

Skincare:

Aqua Marina Cleanser from Lush- So, I recently threw away all of my facial cleansers because they were irritating my skin. My skin is very sensitive and I wanted a product that would accommodate that. This cleanser has calamine, sea weed, aloe vera, and a hint of sea salt and it feels amazing on my skin. My skin finally feels like it’s not freaking out or feeling itchy. It’s all natural and a little bit goes a long way.

ImperialisMoisturizer from Lush- This moisturizer feels like heaven on my skin. It goes on smooth and supplies the right amount of moisture. It doesn’t make my face feel greasy or neglect my dry patches. It's a rich, lavender cream with orange water made to soothe irritations and oil control. Definitely worth the money.

Fashion:

T-Shirt Dress from Forever 21- I recently picked up this rust-colored swing dress from Forever 21 on a whim and I’m already trying to find it multiple colors. This dress is so comfortable and casual. I can just throw it on with a pair of Converse’s and go. Plus, it’s soft and it’s the perfect color for fall. It's not on the website yet but it is in stores!

Booties- Charlotte Russe- I’ve been on a booties kick and Charlotte Russe has been fueling that obsession. These booties are very comfortable and go with pretty much anything. The heel is the perfect height and it’s chunky so you can wear these around for hours and not feel like chopping your feet off when you get home.

“Baby Goth” Halter from Nikki Lipstick- If you’ve never heard of Nikki Lipstick, I’m going to need you to let love into your heart and treat yo self. She has a huge range of alternative-style items – everything from crop tops, accessories, sweaters, pins and more. Her clothing is stretchy and comfortable and it’s all one size fits most. Also, if you’ve been enjoying that pink drink from Starbucks that everyone’s been talking about (another favorite of mine) you can thank Nikki *hair flip emoji*.

Music:

“Hell in the Hallways”- Ice Nine Kills- Ever since I saw them for the second time at Warped Tour, I haven’t been able to stop listening to their album Every Trick in the Book. Their song “Hell in the Hallways” is based on the Stephen King novel Carrie, one of my favorites. You can catch them on the Hell in the Hallways tour soon!

“Circles”- Pierce The Veil- The newest single from PTV from their latest album Misadventures. They’re also hitting the road soon on the “Made to Destroy tour”. I’m basically about to hitch a ride on their tour bus because I will not rest until I see these guys live.

“Where Are My F*cking Pills?”- Death Spells- So by now, you all know my love for Frank Iero and his music. He’s finally decided to bless us with a full-length album from his side project with James Dewees, Death Spells. The album, Nothing Above, Nothing Below is this mix of electronic and hardcore, it’s unlike anything I’ve ever heard before. The lyrics are incredible and each song hits you like a punch to the face.

Movies/Shows:

Suicide Squad- This film was amazing, I don’t care what anyone has to say. It was entertaining, the characters were enjoyable, and not even Leto’s Joker could ruin this film for me. Do it for Harley Quinn. See this movie.

Lights Out- I was a fan of the short film so I definitely had to see this when it hit theaters. The effects were great and the scares were on point. I love a film that can excite the whole theater and get a reaction from the audience.

Stranger Things- I don’t care what you have planned. Cancel everything, grab a blanket and some snacks and pull up Netflix and binge watch this show, immediately. This show is deserving of all the hype. It’s creative, the acting is spectacular, and the character development and plot are everything. If you need me, I’ll be out leaving a box of Eggos for Eleven.
